Dorris Wright

Mr. Dorris Wright, age 70 of Lewisburg, died Saturday morning in Winchester.
A native of Marshall County, he was the son of the late Andrew and Emma Chrisman Wright, and retired from Walker Die Casting and Genesco, with 27 years of service. He was a member of the Lewisburg Methodist Chapel and served his country in the United States Army.
He is survived by his wife: Linda Holly Wright of Lewisburg; 2 children: Amanda Wright Jones of Petersburg and David Wright of LaVergne; 2 brothers: James Franklin Wright of Lewisburg, Eugene Wright of Park City; 2 sisters: Ruby Cathey and Pauline Thornhill, both of Lewisburg; and three grandchildren.
Under the direction of Bills McGaugh Funeral Home, graveside services will be conducted Tuesday at 11:00 AM in Lone Oak Cemetery.
The family will be at Bills McGaugh Funeral Home from 4:00 - 8:00 PM on Monday for visitation and Tuesday morning until the funeral hour.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Marshall County Memorial Library.
