Bruno Kania

Mr. Bruno Gustav Kania, age 80 of Lewisburg, passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at his residence.
A native of Nordleda, Germany, he was the son of the late Otto Kania and JoAnne Marie Vonspeckelson. He was a veteran of the United States Army, a member of the VFW and American Legion.. He was a retired mechanic and machinist and was a member of the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church of Lewisburg.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Kania 2009 4 brothers, and one sister.
Suvivors include two sons, Don Kania and wife Sally of Lewisburg and Scott Kania and Wife Cindy of Pennsylvania .Two sisters, four grandchildren, two step grandchildren and one great grand daughter also survive.
Memorial services for Mr. Kania will be conducted on Friday, December 18, 2009 At 1:00 PM from the chapel of Bills McGaugh Funeral Home, with Wayne Morgan officiating.
Visitation with the family will begin on Thursday, December 17, 2009 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM. At the funeral home.
Inurnment will take place in New Jersey.
In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Local VFW, Post 5109, Lewisburg Post 148 East Church Street, Lewisburg, TN 37091.
