Debbie is a lifelong resident of Marshall County. She is a graduate of Marshall County High School Class of 1974. Debbie was the former co-owner and hairstylist at Hairport for 40-plus years. She is married to WM. E. “Sonny” Willis. Debbie and Sonny attend Mt. Moriah Baptist Church.
